Activation of a process of organisational learning about personnel development, as part of the integrated management of human resources that recognises training as a tool linked to the organisational models and roles, with a particular focus on the development of skills. The objective of the training initiatives is to facilitate career development, align reciprocal expectations (organisational and personal) and generate consistent organisational behaviours. These general principles are translated into specific actions, such as:

  • personnel training projects on the subject of professional inclusivity and citizenship
  • extension of the induction project to personnel from other bodies (Italian Red Cross, Province)
  • extended management training
  • start of an experimental approach to the socialisation of new researchers and teachers, covering the values and knowledge needed to join in and grow professionally.
