Action on health and safety for the benefit of the entire community and promotion of a culture of prevention.
- Development of a distance-learning platform dedicated to the student community on the subjects of health and safety.
- Revision and rewriting of safety manuals, as well as the preparation of new documents covering all areas in which the University works.
- Preparation of guidelines intended to safeguard the activities carried out abroad, covering safety in the workplace and well as political/environmental safety, in line with the strategic sustainability objectives.
- Participation in the health and safety campaigns of the European Agency, with a view to making the public more aware and promoting a culture of prevention throughout the European Union.
- Facilitate synergies between the occupational healthcare service and the medical research groups working on prevention matters, in order to promote practices accredited by the scientific community.
