  • Refinement of tools to attract skilled researchers, rewarding structures that recruit the winners of projects financed by the European Research Council (ERC) and the Horizon 2020 programme.
  • Publication of an international Call for Interest in the strategic areas of interest to the University, in order to assess the candidacy of highly qualified teachers interested in continuing their careers at Alma Mater under various recruitment programmes (especially invitations from abroad and incentives for winners of strategic projects).
