• Implementation of assistive technology solutions to support the autonomy of students and university staff with all types of disability including Learning disabilities, in classrooms and laboratories as well as at the workplace.
  • Availability of digital solutions and software to meet different students learning needs and tutorial to learn about.
  • Implementation of solutions to enhance the accessibility of libraries and bibliographic heritage to all the university community.
  • Improvement and enlargement of the capacity of the "Psychological support services" (SAP), dedicated to University students with emotional and relational distress, affective and behavioral disorders or other difficulties.
  • Improvement of the teaching support activities for the students of the University Penitentiary Center, with guidance activity, support in place for entrance exams, allocation of funds for books, availability of dedicated station for remote exam.
  • The service "avrò cura di te" (I'll take care of you) addressed to the entire University community offering free counselling and psychological support to all those involved in a caring role with children, adolescents and frail elderly.
  • The transcultural consultation service, addressed to international students, was set up to prevent critical situations related to study and adaptation. The Service offer an evaluation and analysis of the psycho-socio-cultural demand and offer a first support and/or guidance interventions.
  • Improvement of accessibility and usability of spaces and workstations for students with motor disabilities (eg adapted desk).
  • A signed agreement with the health care agency of the city of Bologna and of Romagna concerning the integration of actions towards students with disabilities.
  • New policy for retired teachers to keep them connected with the research activity and the university community.
