The innovation of processes and services involves multiple areas and includes a number of priority initiatives.

  • Research and third mission processes: designing a platform to support the collaboration with businesses, dematerialising PhD programme management, reviewing and expanding internships.
  • Teaching processes: updating applications to include operational innovations, such as the flexible curriculum or the new tax system, dematerialisation of adjunct professors' contract management and student satisfaction surveys.
  • Employee related processes: teacher, researcher and technical and administrative staff recruitment, salary increases and adjustments, research fellowship management.
  • Structure related processes: identifying areas of intervention through exchanges with department directors and managers, including the dematerialisation of the procedures to manage missions, purchase cycles, reagent, landlines and mobile telephone services, visiting professors and conferences.
