Developed together with the Municipality, Unirimini and Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Rimini, the plan envisages upgrading the University seat by identifying new premises for the teaching and scientific activities of the Department of Life Quality Studies (QUVI), completion of the Leon Battista Alberti teaching complex and the construction of a hall of residence. 
The plan also calls for the identification of a permanent home for the existing library, which is located in rented premises. In addition, the plan envisages the completion and start-up of the Tecnopolo in the former Slaughterhouse premises.
The planned actions will improve student services and the research structures, as well as enhance the identity of the University in the area.
