Developed together with the Municipality, Flaminia and Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Ravenna, the plan envisages expansion of the scientific-teaching hub of Environmental Sciences, with the construction of a new building to house classrooms, a library and teaching laboratories. The second line of action involves optimisation of the existing University premises in the town centre and the improvement of student services.

Additional work under consideration includes the construction of a hall of residence and the identification of a permanent home for Law, which is currently located in rented premises.

Lastly, the plan envisages work in collaboration with the Municipality of Faenza to improve the teaching laboratories, as well as a feasibility plan for the renovation and modernisation of the Tebano Sant'Alberto hub.
