Renovating the ICT infrastructure in line with digital Public Administration regulations, more specifically the “cloud first” process, to guarantee the constant upgrade and improvement of services and supporting technologies.
- Carrying out complex infrastructural updates and upgrades, including replacing landlines with open source IP telephony, moving the email system to the cloud and updating and extending AlmaWiFi.
- Gradually transferring management services offered to students, employees and companies to the cloud.
- Carrying out infrastructural updates in compliance with the regulations applicable to the Public Administration, focusing in particular on the inclusion in national digital platforms
