This will include four main courses of action:
- Creating a platform for the University of Bologna, in order to offer open online courses to students and citizens on a large scale (MOOCs, Massive Open Online Courses), also in collaboration with institutions interested in developing common teaching areas.
- Developing e-learning technologies, to support strategic actions, including safety at work training and certifications.
- Developing classroom and remote teaching tools and platforms.
- Developing services and systems to provide entrance exams and exams online.
- Improving the Digital Library, including providing a discovery tool (AlmaStart), transferring teaching material to the Moodle platform and designing an infrastructure for long-term archiving.
