The plan developed together with the Municipality, Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Imola and CONAMI, envisages two main works. Firstly, the renovation of Palazzo dal Pero to provide class and study rooms, consistent with the work already completed on Palazzo Vespignani, where most of the common teaching activities are currently carried out. Palazzo del Pero premises were inaugurated in December 2018.

Secondly, the expansion of the University premises within the adjoining Osservanza complex, which was formerly used by the local Psychiatric Hospital and is now available for complete transformation. A number of pavilions will be renovated to become a student hall with about 50 places, in addition to providing teaching services available to the entire Imola campus.
